WP Rating · PL is an independent editorial project dedicated to researching the web-development market in Poland. We help entrepreneurs, managers and marketers choose a reliable contractor to build a WordPress site or online store — based on facts, not marketing promises.
The project was created by analysts and digital specialists who work with the Polish market daily and understand the difficulties businesses face when looking for a vendor: opaque pricing, vanishing freelancers, the absence of a contract and the language barrier.
Our Mission
To give businesses a trustworthy reference point in the web-development market. We believe choosing a contractor should not rest on slick presentations. Only real data, a transparent methodology and independent assessment underpin every piece we publish.
How We Conduct Our Research
Each agency is assessed across more than 70 criteria grouped into key blocks:
- Experience and team — time on the market, team size and composition, specialisation.
- Development quality — technology stack, WordPress and WooCommerce experience, portfolio.
- Transparency — clarity of pricing, availability of fixed packages, honesty of terms.
- Legal reliability — an EU-law contract, RODO/GDPR compliance, guarantees.
- Support and service — SLA terms, service languages, handover of the project to the client.
- Reputation — ratings on independent platforms (Clutch, Google Maps), reviews.
All data is collected solely from public sources — official websites, the Clutch platform, Google Maps reviews and industry communities. Agencies do not self-assess and cannot influence the result.
Placements in the rating are not for sale. Scores are formed solely by the methodology. Participation is free for all agencies.
